The World Won't fall apart against your will to survive.

I smiled. It wasn't forced. It wasn't sarcastic. It wasn't empty either. Even I was a little confused or may be surprised, but perhaps finding a reason behind it wasn't necessary. Afterall, it's what I was longing for. & Being able to finally reach here was more than a victory.

Although I've the very exact count of days, I'd like to skip mentioning it. All I can say is, it felt like a decade. To some days in our lives, it's undermining to name them just dark or unfortunate. There isn't a specific word for it, however what it does to you is often pretty clear. You get to go through phases that feels worse than your nightmares. & After all the whining and cries, you give a laugh that's emptier than the hearts described in the sad poems.

You survive one. & Before trying to treat those scars, another enters. The fear continues. You feel a little less surprised though, but the frustration is unreal. Another laugh comes in, a forced one that even a blind can recognize just from the sigh that comes afterwards without even seeing your face.

Just while finding ways to deal with it, the next one knocks. "Oh! you again?", the sarcastic laugh finds it way out. It's as if your subconscious self expected it.

By the time you reach here, your eyes don't get blurred every now & then. You slowly stop fighting yourself. You stop following the urge of making everything perfect. You stop waiting for the things to be completely okay to resume living your life. You stop worrying too much about controlling your plans. You suppress the guilt, the rage, the regret & all your minor insecurities just to breath the little left calmness in peace.

You know, once in a while when you're too tired after sailing the ship through a series of storms, it's okay to just go with the flow for the moment. It's okay to sit back & witness the clear sky for a while. The peace it brings to your heart & the joy it reflects in your not so planned smiles are always worth all of those falls.

& who knows ! The flow might make you discover the island that's even prettier than your most prettiest dream! So trust me. It's okay to take your time. The world won't fall apart against your will to survive.
